Saudi Arabia Launches AI Tools To Guide Millions During Hajj

As Saudi Arabia gears up for receiving the Hajj pilgrims from the beginning of the month, the government has launched several facilities to enhance the spiritual experiences of the people. In the upcoming Hajj season, Saudi Arabia’s General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque in Mecca is set to unveil its most expansive operational plan to date for the upcoming Hajj season.

Aiming to accommodate millions of pilgrims during the Hajj season, this year’s strategy focuses on pilgrim-oriented services. Moreover, ever since the introduction of the regulatory frameworks, it is said to be the largest enrichment-focused plan. And the striking part is that the authorities have included artificial intelligence tools, smart technologies, and a wide range of digital platforms in order to guide the pilgrims.
