The latest temperature forecast and weather condition was shared by NCM across the UAE and had urged the residents to stay hydrated as the heat intensifies in the coming days. As the tempurture soars, Centre advises avoiding prolonged exposure to the sun, particularly your health, beating the heat responsibly. Wearing lightweight, light-colored clothing can help keep the body cool, while using sun protection, such as applying sunscreen and wearing hats or carrying umbrellas, offers additional defense against harmful UV rays.
