
Trump Meets Released Hostages From Gaza; Issues Warning To Hamas
The White House has released footage of US President Donald Trump meeting and interacting with 8 hostages released from Gaza held on October 7, 2023. The hostages told their ordeal and stayed with Hamas and shared their experience of treatment while remaining in captivity.
In the released video, the hostages were seen thanking President Trump for his efforts in getting them home after over 400 days of captivity under Hamas. They told their experience of living under the tunnel and the treatment met by the Hamas while remaining in Gaza.
President Trump met with eight released hostages from Gaza, listening to their heartbreaking stories. They expressed gratitude for his unwavering efforts to bring them & others home.

Later, after meeting with the former hostages, the US President issued a warning to Hamas to release all of the Hostages immediately. Trump condemn the Palestinian organisation and said to send Israel everything which is needed to finish the job. “Not a single Hamas member will be safe if you don’t do as I say”.

Donald Trump also issued warning to the people of Gaza with death and destruction if the hostages are not released. “RELEASE THE HOSTAGES NOW, OR THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY LATER!”President Trump said.

Currently, the three-phased Gaza ceasfire is underway which took effect on Sunday, January 19. The first phase of the ceasefire deal aims to ensure the release of Palestinian women and children, which will see the release of around 1,650 detainees. The second phase of the agreement seeks to exchange Palestinian and Israeli prisoners and establish lasting calm. Negotiations will continue, with all first-stage procedures remaining in place until an agreement is reached.
