Donald Trump 'On The Verge' To Be Declared The Winner Of US Election: Report

Noting that Donald Trump has emerged victorious in the key battleground state Georgia, analysts have began predicting triumph of former  president. The US news outlet CNN has announced that the Republican candidate is leading by 1,18,000 at in Georgia, making it a mathematical impossible for Democrat candidate Kamala Harris to win the state.

 

Moreover, the former US president has been declared the winner in several other states including Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia, in addition to to leading in Tenesse, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Missisipi, and more. As the counting of ballots is underway, there are still tough challenges from the rival Democrat candidate in several states.

With Trump emerging victorious in Pennsylvania, observers have indicated that the race is over for Democrat candidate Harris while the return of the former president appears to have won.

 

However, with Trump leading in 267 seats, becoming close to the victory, Kamala Harris reportedly canceled her election night speech. The Democrat candidate would address the voters tomorrow. Trump has, meanwhile, headed towards the convention centre in West Palm Beach, where some of his supporters have convened to celebrate the lead as they watch the live election result.

Notably, the republicans have won control of the US Senate with victories in West Virginia and Ohio, ensuring that Trump’s party will control at least one chamber of Congress next year.
