2025 Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Launched With GR-S Variant At Rs 2.41 Crore

A little over a month after the Japanese automaker removed the SUV from its website, the 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser 300 was introduced in India. Since the more off-road-focused GR-S model is now available for purchase for the first time, the LC 300 is now priced between Rs 2.31 crore and Rs 2.41 crore. Reservations for the ZX and GR-S versions are now open.

The 2025 Land Cruiser 300 costs Rs 21 lakh more than the previous model, which makes sense given the increased safety measures and updated feature list. The Range Rover (Rs 2.4 crore-4.4 crore) and Mercedes-AMG G 63 (Rs 3.6 crore) offer a similar proposition—luxury off-roading for five passengers—but the LC 300 has no direct competitors in India when it comes to pricing, size, and powertrain.

Features include a sunroof, front- and rear-seat ventilation, a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 4-zone climate control system, a cool box beneath the front center armrest, 10 airbags, a 360-degree camera, and an 8-way powered driver’s seat with manual lumbar adjustment. In addition to its linked car technology, which includes remote AC geolocation, fencing, and Toyota’s suite of digital convenience features, Toyota has equipped the 2025 LC 300 with a digital instrument cluster that replaces the traditional dials with a central multi-information display. The gear knob has a leatherette surface, among other improvements.

The Land Cruiser 300 GR-S is equipped with a limited-slip differential at the back, a motorized tailgate, and front and rear differential locking in addition to the features found in the ZX version. Off-road features including crawl control, hill-start and downhill aid, terrain settings, a four-camera off-road monitoring system, and active traction control are all included in the final two sections. In addition, the LC 300 GR-S has new black alloy wheels, GR badging on the outside, a more aggressive front bumper, and black external highlights.

Toyota’s Level 2 autonomous driving assistance system (ADAS) comes standard on both models. Autonomous braking, adaptive cruise control, adaptive headlamps, and lane keep assist are all part of this safety package. For the 2025 LC 300, Toyota offers two exterior color choices: Attitude Black and Precious White Pearl. Regarding the interior, the ZX is available in neutral beige or black, while the GR-S edition is themed in black and dark red.

The GR-S and the upgraded LC 300 are powered by the same 3.3-liter V6 diesel engine, which produces 309 horsepower and 700 Nm of peak torque. All four wheels receive power from the unit’s 10-speed torque converter automatic transmission. This configuration is the same as the previous model.
