Bajaj has unveiled the Chetak 3201 special edition electric scooter, exclusively available on Amazon until the end of August. Priced at ₹1.28 lakh ex-showroom, this model qualifies for the Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme (EMPS) subsidy, making it an attractive option for environment-conscious consumers.
The Chetak 3201 features subtle enhancements like tone-on-tone embossed decals and quilted seats while retaining the overall design of the Chetak Urbane/3202 and Chetak 2901 models. The scooter maintains its impressive battery pack offering a range of 136 km, alongside modern connectivity features such as Bluetooth and a colour TFT instrument cluster.
As it competes with the likes of the TVS iQube and Ather Rizta, the Bajaj Chetak 3201 aims to solidify its position in the growing electric scooter market. With its appealing design and features, the Chetak 3201 is set to attract both new and existing customers.
Electric scooters are preferred for their environmental benefits, cost efficiency, and convenience. They produce zero emissions, reducing pollution and promoting cleaner air. The lower operating costs and government incentives make them financially attractive. Their compact design and ease of use also suit urban commuting, enhancing mobility in congested cities.
Bajaj has launched the Chetak 3201 special edition electric scooter on Amazon. The scooter will be exclusively available on the e-commerce site till the end of August. The Chetak 3201 special edition is priced at Rs 1.28 lakh ex-showroom and is also eligible for special subsidy. The new Bajaj Chetak 3201 gets a few additional touches to make it stand out from the rest of the Chetak lineup, such as tone-on-tone embossed decals and quilted seats.
Apart from the minor changes, the special edition is identical in design to the Chetak Urbane/3202 and Chetak 2901 models.
