Honda Elevate, City, And Amaze Receive Enhanced Safety Features Including Six Airbags

Honda Cars India has recently announced significant upgrades to the safety features across its lineup, including popular models like the Elevate, City, City e:HEV, and Amaze. These enhancements underline Honda’s unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety of its customers.

The Elevate and City models will now come equipped with six airbags, 3-point Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR) seatbelts, and seatbelt reminders for all five seats as standard features across all grades. Additionally, the City e:HEV, already equipped with six airbags, will now also include seatbelt reminders for all occupants. Meanwhile, the Amaze will feature enhanced safety with seatbelt reminders for all five occupants.

Honda has made significant enhancements to the safety features across its Elevate, City, and Amaze models. The introduction of six airbags as standard across all grades, including SV, V, and VX variants, marks a notable improvement in passenger safety. The inclusion of 3-point emergency locking retractor seatbelts and adjustable head restraints for all five seats across grades, along with the newly introduced rear centre 3-point seatbelt and head restraint, further improves occupant protection.

Moreover, the implementation of a Seat Belt Reminder for all seats across grades, including a newly introduced rear seat belt reminder, highlights Honda’s commitment to promoting seat belt usage and ensuring passenger safety. Notable upgrades also extend to the interior features, with Driver and Assistant Sunvisor Vanity Mirror with Lid now standard across grades, along with additional features introduced in SV, V, and VX variants.

The inclusion of a Digital Analogue Integrated Meter with 7-inch HD TFT MID across all grades, with its introduction in SV and V variants, enhances the overall driving experience while providing essential information to the driver. Additionally, the enhancement of Front AC Vents Knob and Fan/Temperature Control Knob with Silver Paint in V, VX, and ZX grades adds a touch of sophistication to the cabin design.

In terms of safety features for the Honda City, six airbags have been made standard across all grades, with their introduction in SV and V variants. Similarly, the inclusion of a Seat Belt Reminder for all seats across grades, along with the newly introduced rear seat belt reminder, reinforces Honda’s commitment to passenger safety.
