
Mahindra Thar Roxx Replaces White Interiors With Grey
It’s time to bid adieu to the ivory white interiors and welcome mocha grey, which is fantastic news for prospective Mahindra Thar Roxx owners. No more restless nights worrying about maintaining the cabin’s cleanliness. The Indian SUV attracted criticism for its cabin color choices when it debuted the Thar Roxx on August 15 of last year. Fortunately, Mahindra has heeded the outcry and replaced the white interiors with the more sensible mocha gray. You may now take pleasure in your off-road excursions without having to worry about every bit of mud or grit turning up like a neon sign.
Mahindra has begun shipping the Thar Roxx with Grey Mocha interiors to its dealerships, according to the most recent spy photos. The Ivory White cabin, which was an unfeasible color choice for individuals who were interested in off-roading, has been replaced by the new Mocha Grey. This is the second cabin makeover for the Thar Roxx. Mahindra had previously unveiled Mocha Brown interiors, but they were only available for the 4×4 model, which is only available in diesel.

Three new user-friendly features have been added to Mahindra’s Thar Roxx, which was first shown off in a customized version of the SUV driven by Bollywood star John Abraham. Keyless entry is now a feature of the new model, which greatly increases convenience. The Thar Roxx already had a key fob for locking and unlocking, but the new sensor-based system makes it unnecessary to look for the key, making entry to the car effortless.
Furthermore, a sliding armrest has been added to the front passenger seat to enhance comfort and support. Mahindra has also upgraded the wipers to a more aerodynamic design, demonstrating their attention to detail. It is anticipated that this modification will increase their efficiency while lowering cabin noise, guaranteeing a more peaceful and upscale driving experience.

The 2-litre gasoline engine and the 2.2-liter diesel engine are the two powertrain options available for the Thar Roxx. Both are connected to a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic torque converter, and they each have two power outputs. The automatic produces 174 horsepower and 380 Nm, while the gasoline manual produces 160 horsepower and 330 Nm. The only drivetrain option available for the Thar Roxx petrol is rear-wheel drive.
The Thar Roxx diesel, on the other hand, is available in rear-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive. The former version in manual and automatic trims churn out 150 bhp and 330 Nm while the 4WD makes 173 bhp at 370 Nm and only comes in automatic. The Thar Roxx is priced from Rs 12.99 lakh to Rs 23.09 lakh, ex-showroom.Mahindra’s Thar Roxx now boasts practical Mocha Grey interiors, keyless entry, a sliding armrest, and improved wipers, enhancing comfort and functionality while retaining its powerful off-road capabilities at competitive pricing.
