The updated Royal Enfield Classic 350 line-up will have five variants: Heritage, Heritage Premium, Signals, Dark, and the top-spec Classic Chrome known for its timeless design and robust performance. Just as it is now, we expect the Classic 350 to have a rear drum brake on the lower variants to keep the entry point more affordable. Additionally, the Dark variant will remain the only one to come with alloy wheels and tubeless tires, with these wheels available as optional extras on the other four variants.

Enhancements include the addition of LED lighting across all models, with the higher-end variants boasting LED indicators and adjustable levers. The Dark variant remains unique with alloy wheels and tubeless tires, while all models will now come equipped with a gear position indicator and a USB-C charger.

Regarding feature additions, the biggest, and perhaps, the most polarising change is the shift to LED lighting, which we had reported previously. All variants will now feature LED pilot lamps, headlights, and tail lamps. Additionally, the higher Dark and Chrome variants will come with LED indicators, while these remain an accessory on the other variants.

The Classic 350 Dark and Chrome variants will also come standard with adjustable levers, which will be an optional extra on the lower ones. What will be standard on all variants is the gear position indicator on the display – an addition that we have been asking for since this display debuted in the J-platform Classic 350 in 2021. All variants of the updated line-up will come standard with a USB-C charger.

The current Classic 350 range starts at Rs 1.93 lakh and goes up to Rs 2.25 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai). It remains to be seen if prices will go up given the increasing competition to Royal Enfield’s bestselling bike.

The updated Royal Enfield Classic 350 promises to blend modern features with its classic looks, appealing to riders from the present and yesteryears. With enhancements like LED lighting and a gear position indicator, it maintains its competitive edge in the market.
