Tata Harrier, Safari Stealth Dark Top Spec Price Starts At Rs 25.10 Lakh

At Auto Expo 2025, Tata Motors unveiled the Stealth Dark iterations of its Harrier and Safari SUVs, and the pricing have now been revealed. The Safari Stealth Dark costs Rs 25.75 lakh, while the Tata Harrier Stealth Dark starts at Rs 25.10 lakh. The range-topping trims of these SUVs, the Harrier Fearless + and Safari Accomplished +, serve as the foundation for the Stealth Dark versions.

Depending on the gearbox, the Harrier Stealth Dark costs between Rs 25.10 lakh and Rs 26.50 lakh. It costs Rs 25,000 more than the Harrier Fearless + Dark. The Safari Stealth Dark is priced between Rs 25.75 lakh and Rs 27.25 lakh by Tata, which is Rs 25,000–45,000 more than the comparable Dark version. Remarkably, there is no 6-seat manual version of the Safari Stealth Dark.

The Stealth Dark models have a distinctive matte black color, new 19-inch black alloy wheels, granite black leatherette seats, “Stealth” badges inside and outside, and slight adjustments to the dashboard finish, but the mechanicals and features list remain unchanged.

Seven airbags, a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, heated seats, a panoramic sunroof, a 10-speaker JBL audio system, dual-zone climate control, linked car technology, and Level 2 ADAS are among the amenities. The 2.0-liter, four-cylinder diesel engine from Stellantis, which produces 170 horsepower and 350 Nm, powers both variants. It is mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

With the introduction of the Stealth Black versions, the price range of the Tata Harrier is Rs 14.99 lakh to Rs 26.50 lakh, and that of the Safari is Rs 15.50 lakh to Rs 27.25 lakh. Rivals to Tata’s flagship SUVs include the Mahindra XUV700 and MG Hector.

The Tata Harrier and Safari Stealth Dark editions bring a bold new aesthetic with a matte black finish, exclusive badging, and premium interior upgrades. While there are no mechanical changes, these editions build on the top trims, offering premium features like Level 2 ADAS, ventilated seats, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen. With prices starting at Rs 25.10 lakh for the Harrier and Rs 25.75 lakh for the Safari, these models command a slight premium over their Dark counterparts. Competing with the Mahindra XUV700 and MG Hector, Tata’s flagship SUVs continue to offer a strong value proposition.
