At debut, the Harrier EV will come in 4 colours: Pure Grey, Pristine White, Nainital Nocturne, and Empowered Oxide.

After announcing the Harrier EV’s initial starting price earlier this month, Tata Motors has now disclosed the complete price list for the RWD models. Prices for the Harrier EV RWD range from Rs 21.49 lakh to Rs 27.49 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The Harrier EV is the company’s first all-wheel-drive model since the Safari Storme was phased out more than five years ago, and it also represents the apex of Tata’s all-electric lineup. On July 2, 2025, reservations for the Harrier EV are expected to open.

The cost of a top-spec AC fast charger and its installation will be an add-on. The powered AWD version has not yet been revealed. The exterior design of the Harrier EV is essentially the same as that of the facelifted Harrier that has been available for purchase since 2023. However, Tata has brought it in line with other EVs in its lineup. Up front, the Harrier EV gets a new closed-off grille, underneath which sits a revised bumper with a line-based design.

Over to the side, the Harrier EV comes with a pair of new 19-inch, aero-optimised alloy wheels and ‘EV’ badging on the front doors. The only change at the rear is the ‘Harrier. EV’ lettering on the tailgate. Despite having the same wheelbase (2,741 mm), the Harrier EV is 22 mm taller and 2 mm longer than the regular Harrier.

At debut, the Harrier EV will come in four colour options: Pure Grey, Pristine White, Nainital Nocturne, and Empowered Oxide. In addition to these, Tata will offer a Stealth Edition of the Harrier EV, which is similar to the company’s Dark Edition cars and has blacked-out exterior and interior design components.

Much like the outside, the Harrier EV’s cabin doesn’t stray far from its ICE-powered counterpart. There should be better image quality, though, because the 14.53-inch infotainment screen on top of the dual-tone dashboard is a world-first Samsung Neo QLED display. A four-spoke steering wheel featuring an illuminated Tata emblem and a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display are also included. A frunk is also available, and the boot space is 502 litres (999 litres when the second row is folded down).

When it comes to safety, the Harrier EV has a built-in dashcam, a blind spot monitor, electronic stability control (ESC), a 360-degree camera, six airbags (seven in higher models), and more.

The Harrier EV’s safety suite also includes Level 2 ADAS, which Tata says has been adjusted for Indian traffic conditions. Additionally, the system can offer a live feed stitched from all of the cameras surrounding the Harrier EV, which is a segment-first addition and can be very useful when off-roading.

Three trim levels—Adventure, Fearless+, and Empowered—will be offered by Tata for the Harrier EV. The Adventure and Fearless+ trims have been equipped with a 65 kWh battery, while the Fearless+ and Empowered trims have a larger 75 kWh battery. It is likely that AWD will only be available on the highest Empowered trim. Tata has also affirmed that a lifetime battery guarantee will be provided to all Harrier EV purchasers.
