This marks Uber’s first integration with India’s pioneering digital public infrastructure and a major step forward in making public transport more connected,” company said in a press release.

The service is already active in Delhi. A user can buy a maximum of 8 QR tickets from the app in one time. For issuing ticket, they have to add the entry and exit stations and then make the payment. For both entry and exit, the QR ticket need to be scanned at the automatic fare collection gate.
