Students are advised to check their admit cards for specific instructions and are reminded that no communication devices are allowed in the examination centers. The timely release of this date sheet will help students plan their studies and families plan their visits accordingly.

This early announcement follows CBSE’s commitment to transparency and academic planning. Stakeholders, including schools, teachers, and students, can now prepare effectively for the 2026 session.

While preparing the schedule, CBSE considered key factors such as giving sufficient gaps between major subjects and ensuring students get enough time before national entrance examinations like JEE (Main). The board has also coordinated with NTA to ensure exam dates do not clash, suggesting that Class XI registration numbers be used during JEE application.

Teachers involved in evaluation will not be away from schools for long durations, ensuring regular classes for non-board students continue smoothly. CBSE stated that this early planning was possible because schools submitted their LOCs on time. Students can now focus on systematic study, reduce exam-related stress, and plan revision strategies better. The Board emphasized that all school heads and students can access and download the detailed date sheet from www.cbse.gov.in for further reference.
