NEET PG 2024 Exam City Slips To Be Out On July 31

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will issue the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) PG 2024 exam city allotment slip on July 31. As per the official notice, the test city information will be communicated with the student’s registered email IDs.

The online window to select the test cities examination was opened from July 19 to July 23. NBEMS released a list of a total of 185 cities and candidates were asked to choose four preferred test cities. The test city will be allocated randomly from the choices provided by them and these four choices will not be considered as an order of preference of the test cities. Candidates who do not choose their test cities through the online procedure will be allotted cities based on the availability of the all across the country.

The test centre will be allocated in one of the nearest available locations within the state of correspondence address or in nearby states/UT.

The test centres will be informed through the admit cards, scheduled to be released on August 8 on the NBMS website.

Earlier, the NEET PG 2024 was scheduled to be held on June 23, which was later rescheduled for August 11. The NEET PG 2024 will be conducted in 2 shifts with a different exam pattern. The medical sciences board has announced a mandatory time-bound sections in the NEET PG exam.

The NEET PG 2024 entrance that was earlier scheduled to be conducted on June 23 was cancelled on the ministry of education’s order citing some unavoidable circumstances. The postponment of the examination just 12 hours ahead of the examination draw flak from every section including politics, students, parents and student organisations.
