AAP released its fifth and final list of candidates on December 15, fielding Kejriwal among other prominent leaders. The party has fielded candidates for all 70 seats. The BJP’s candidate selection has been reportedly delayed because of the lack of options for certain constituencies. The Congress has fielded 47 candidates so far. The Assembly Elections will be held in February, 2025.
As the BJP is challenging the AAP’s decade-long rule, the Kejriwal’s party appears determined to hang on power, making several promises through vigorous campaigns.
