The allegation came to light when the activist, a resident of Satyanarayanapuram village in Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam district, approached police, demanding a thorough investigation into the incident to determine if there was any foul play involved.
The activist alleged that Soundarya’s death was not an accident but a murder, stemming from a property dispute with Mohan Babu.
The complaint alleged that Soundarya and her brother, Amarnath, refused to sell six acres of land in Shamshabad’s Jallpalli village to Mohan Babu, leading to a rift. The complainant alleged that Mohan Babu illegally occupied the land after the death of the actress and had been using it as a guest house in Jallepalli.
The activist demanded the government take possession of the property and ensure justice by taking appropriate action against Mohan Babu. Additionally, he requested that the guest house be officially seized by the government.
