In a recent interview with TimesNow, Gadhar 2 actor Sunny Deol shared his conversations with Jawan star Shah Rukh Khan. During a recent AskSRK session on X (formerly Twitter) Shah Rukh Khan has also said he had watched Gadar 2, Sunny Deol’s latest blockbuster release, and said: “Yeah loved it.”

Shah Rukh Khan and Sunny Deol fallout is part of Bollywood legend and part of long lasting enmities in the industry. Everything started when Sunny Deol said that he disagreed with the way his character in the 1993 hit film Darr was portrayed in the film”s climax. This also caused a rift between Sunny Deol and the film”s director, Yash Chopra.

In an episode of the TV show Aap Ki Adalat with Rajat Sharma, Sunny Deol was asked about the situation and clarified that he had not spoken to Shah Rukh Khan since the film, and that they had never run into each other because he “doesn”t socialize much.”

“So we never met, so the question of conversation never came up,” Sunny Deol said at the time.

However, his latest remarks give more details about the restored relationship between the actors.

“He had seen the film and before that, he called me and wished me. He was so happy, he said, “I”m so happy, you really deserve it.” And I said, “Thank you,”” Sunny Deol said.

Mr. Deol, who is also a Member of Parliament from Punjab, said he also spoke to Shah Rukh Khan”s wife, Gauri Khan.

“I spoke to his wife and son, and he said that we”re going to watch the film tonight. And I said, “Great.” And I think after that he saw it and tweeted about it,” Sunny Deol told the news station.
