Actress Anu Aggarwal has a say about Ranveer Singh‘s nudity pose, which stormed the country back in 2022. Relating the issue to her topless scene in a film, the actress calls it “daring” and “an open cry” in front of the camera.

Anu Aggarwal in her recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, was asked about her topless scene in her 1994 short film, Cloud. The actress revealed that the scene was not a part of the script and was asked to do the bold scene during the shoot. Reacting to that, she also expressed that was shocked and said no to the scene.

The actress also explained that the issue was not the scene, or that she could not do it, the issue was that it was never a part of the script and she was not informed earlier. She also considered it unethical and added that they should have informed her when they offered her the script.

She also said that being topless in public is not something everyone does and it is a different thing. The actress also expressed her discomfort as the issue went down as a lack of ethics. Stating the issue as not a big deal, she also compared it with portraying people killing and hating each other in films.

Referring to Ranveer Singh’s naked pose, Anu Aggarwal said that it was all good. A man, an actor needs to be daring. Calling it a barrier-breaking she added, “It’s not just getting nude or naked, but also being able to cry openly in front of the camera.”

Actor Ranveer Singh, in 2022 made pop culture history with his naked pose for Paper Magazine and the actor also faced severe backlash with several several police complaints over his perceived violation of modesty, while some lauded his move as bold.
