How celebrities celebrated Republic Day 2024

World leaders from across the world have extended their wishes to India as the country celebrates its 75th Republic Day. This year, French President Emmanuel Macron was chosen to be the chief guest for the celebrations, and are themed on ‘Viksit Bharat’ and ‘Loktatantra ki Matrika’. January 26 marks the adoption of the Constitution of India in 1950. Though India has gained freedom British colonial rule in 1947, it wasn’t until 1950, that the Constitution of India came into effect.

Joining the politicians, celebrities also took to their social media accounts to share their happiness and wish on the special day for the Indians.

Katrina Kaif shared a picture of herself with her husband Vicky Kaushal looking up the Indian flag. She captioned her post as, “Happy Republic Day 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳”.
