After calling the HYDRAA’s demolition of the N Conventional Centre unlawful demolition, the Tollywood superstar Nagarjuna has asked the public not to indulge in speculation and any sort of misrepresentation of facts.

Reacting to the ongoing rumors over the demolition of the conventional center, actor Nagarjuna calls out the public to not to misinterpret the facts as the actor points out “News about celebrities, can often be exaggerated and speculated for effect.”

On Saturday, the N Conventional Centre of the actor Nagarjuna, located at Madhapur was demolished by the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection (HYDRAA) agency. Since the center was allegedly built on encroached land which is part of Tammidikunta Lake, the demolition process took place as a part of an ongoing drive to remove illegal constructions that have encroached on water bodies and public lands.

The N Convention Centre spans over 10 acres was found to be a violation of several environmental regulations. As per the reports, the center had encroached upon the Tummidikunta Lake, occupying 1.12 acres within the Full Tank Level (FTL) and an additional 2 acres within the lake’s buffer zone.

However, actor Nagarjuna declined the claim and called out the demolition as a “Unlawful manner”, since the party didn’t receive any legal notice.

Later, on Sunday, the actor posted another tweet in response to the rumors surfacing online. In his recent tweet, the actor mentioned “Not even one cent of the land beyond that has been encroached upon. The Special Court of AP Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act has given a judgment passing an order Sr.3943/2011 on 24-02- 2014 saying no encroachment has happened in Tummidikunta Lake.”

The actor also added that a formal argument was presented to the high court and he expressed his readiness to abide by the law and the judgment. Moreover, the actor asked his fans not to indulge in speculation, any sort of rumors, misrepresentation of facts, and deviations.
