The Netflix documentary, Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairy Tale was released on Monday, commemorating the 40th birthday of Lady Superstar amidst the chaotic rivalry between the actress and actor Dhanush. Expressing her gratitude towards the grand launch of the film, Nayanthara penned a special message on her social media.
After days of back-to-back allegations from both parties, Nayanthara thanked all the other producers who allowed her to use footage from their films “without hesitation or delay.”

The actress on Wednesday night issued a formal note on her Instagram handle, showing her gratitude to all the producers who issued NOCs (No Objection Certificates) for using the footage from their films. She wrote in her caption, “The most precious thing i’ve earned in these 20 years of my career is the friendships, love and respect i’ve got from the ones i’ve worked with. I really thank all the producers who have supported me in this endeavour for their goodwill and magnanimity always. Thank you.”

The list of producers she thanked include Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment, the production house of her Bollywood debut and Atlee’s blockbuster action thriller Jawan, last year. Other notable names included Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, and AR Murugadoss, among others.

She also thanked Tamil Nadu’s Deputy Chief Minister, Udhayanidhi Stalin, for his Red Giant Movies and major production houses of Kollywood, such as AGS Entertainment, Lyca Productions, Studio Green, and others.
Last week, Nayanthara called out actor Dhanush for suing her over using behind-the-scenes footage from the film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan in her documentary. She questioned whether Dhanush’s decision stemmed from a “personal grudge” rather than business concerns, alleging that he demanded ₹10 crore for three-second clips shot on personal devices during the making of the decade-old film.
Nayanthara described the move as an “all-time low” for Dhanush, whom she referred to as a former friend.
