Eight months before her Death, Thaina Fields, an adult star from Peru revealed appalling experiences and exploitation she faced within the industry. Sharing the unfathomable abuses, the porn star had voiced the prevalent sexual harassment that she went through. The 24-year-old Thaina was found dead On Saturday in her apartment in Trujillo, Peru. Many suspect foul play in her untimely death due to the revelation she had made before her death. Her real name was Abigail, and she was known as “Chinita” after earning a reputation as a famous figure in the industry.

Speaking about the experiences she underwent in the industry, Thaina had alleged that by hiring her, they (the producers in the industry) could do what they wanted with her, suggesting that they abused her. “It”s very strong. Initially, I decided not to sue. I have suffered sexual harassment and abuse after starting to create adult content. At first many thought that by hiring me they could do what they wanted with me, but then I came home, took a bath, and cried,” the actor revealed.

She further alleged that she was told to be strong enough to let the harassment go: “He told me that I had to be strong and I let it go. It happened to me many times. It is very difficult to be a woman and create adult content when society is literally in shit,” she said.

Describing the consequences and the struggles of working in the porn industry, the actress said that she had sought psychological help for anxiety and had taken pills to sleep as she had developed psychosis. “We all have traumas. I suffer from dysthymia and obsessive-compulsive disorder, I have psychosis, and I take pills for that, to sleep. Therapy and medication are what has helped me be well,” Thaina said in a statement, NDTV reported quoting local news outlet.
