RIIZE, a rising K-Pop boyband garnered significant international attention due to their uniqueness in songs and performances. However, their global fanbase is now expressing outrage over allegations of bullying within the group as a hashtag trend has been circulating on social media platforms since Monday. Seunghan, a member of RIIZE(officially declared his resignation) has reportedly faced bullying from his own teammates and international fans have taken to social media condemning SM Entertainment which is the group’s management agency for allowing this behaviour toward a member.

Fans are demanding that SM Entertainment take immediate action to address the bullying and ensure Seunghan’s safety in his team. Some have even called for a boycott of RIIZE’s music and merchandise until the issue is resolved.

The hashtag #JusticeForSeunghan has gained traction worldwide with fans from various countries showing solidarity with the bullied member. Some people on the X platform stated that this international outcry highlights the power of K-pop fans in promoting accountability and support. SM Entertainment faces increasing pressure to respond and address the allegations as the controversy grows. Fans are asking them to balance its reputation with the well-being of its artists, particularly Seunghan.

Despite the outcry, Seunghan has officially declared his will to stay out of the RIIZE as he posted a note for his fans on the social media platforms, The singer wrote, “I know that many people are seriously thinking about my return to my activities, I am also aware of the seriousness of this situation now. I’ve been thinking too much about myself so far. I’m not causing too much damage to the members and the company. I don’t know if it’s really okay for me to be with a team Riize who should be loved. When I thought about it, only worry and sorry sensibility came to mind. So I think that leaving the team is the way for everyone. I don’t want to cause any more confusion and hurt to the fans, and I don’t want to cause any more damage to the members.”
