The post included a letter from IPS officer Hiren Ch. Nath of Assam addressing IPS officer Ajay Kumar Singh of Jharkhand. In the letter, it is stated that as the chief minister is appointed as the Sahaprabhari by the Party of Jharkhand, Himanta Biswa would visit the state frequently. Thus, being a Z+ category protectee, the IPS officer has requested to provide adequate security for the chief minister.

It further requested the expenses during the visit be paid by the government of Assam. “I would like to further request you that, all bills on expenses incurred during the visits of Honorable chief minister, Assam to the state of Jharkhand may kindly be sent to the undersigned for reimbursement by the Government of Assam”.
