Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s visit to his  constituency in Uttar Pradesh’ Raebareli turned chaotic when BJP protesters, blocked his convoy, chanting slogans on Wednesday.

A brief scuffle broke out, with BJP workers confronting the vehicle of the Leader of the Opposition. However, the police intervention allowed the Congress leader to continue his schedule of meetings, including project inaugurations, and interactions with party workers.

When Rahul Gandhi was asked about the situation, he said it is being proven across the country that the “main naara these days is ‘Vote chor, gaddi chhor’ “We will prove it again and again in more and more dramatic ways,” the Congress leader was heard saying in a video shared by news agency ANI.

 

Videos doing round on social media show Rahul Gandhi saying that the BJP is rattled because they exposed their Vote Chóri when asked about the attack on his convoy in his constituency.
