CTET December 2024 Exam To Be Held On Dec 14; City Slip Released

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the exam date for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in December 2024. The CTET exam will be conducted on December 14, 2024. Candidates appearing for the exam can visit the official website – ctet.nic.in to download the city slips. The admit cards will be released soon.

CTET 2024 exam comprises two papers – paper 1 (for classes 1 to 5) and paper 2 (for classes 6 to 8). The CTET 2024 certificate remains valid for a lifetime. However, there is no limit on the number of attempts to qualify for the CTET examination. However, candidates can retake the exam to improve their marks.

The CTET December 2024 exam was supposed to be held on December 15, earlier however the date was revised to December 14. The decision was taken considering the candidates’ request to revise the exam date as a few competitive examinations are scheduled to be held in some state/union territories on December 15, 2024 (Sunday).

CTET December City Slip: How to download

Step 1: Go to the official website – ctet.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the link ‘View Date & City for CTET Dec 2024’

Step 3: Enter the login credentials – application number and date of birth and click on submit button

Step 4: CTET December 2024 city slip will appear on the screen

Step 5: Download and take the printout for further use.
