Delhi Crowd Fact Checks BJP Leader Navneet Rana On Mohalla Clinic
In a viral video, BJP leader and Amravati candidate Navneet Rana can be seen calling the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government’s mohalla clinics a “scam.” However, when she asked the audience members about it, the local public corrected her and said that clinics set up by the Delhi government indeed exist and are operational.
During an election rally, Rana was giving a speech about how the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government was running a scam in the name of mohalla clinics because they did not exist.
Claiming that the mohalla clinics were established with the money of the poor and were a front for corruption by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Rana asked the audience, “Kaha par hai mohalla clinic? Chaalu hai ki nahi chaalu hai? (Where is this mohalla clinic? Is it working or not?”
Contrary to what Rana was expecting, the audience shouted, “Chaalu hai (It’s working).”
In another attempt, Rana remarked, “Doctor kaha hai waha pe (There are no doctors). The local residents once again corrected her, “Doctor bhi hai, dawayi bhi hai (Both doctors and medicines are available there).
Without acknowledging the replies of the crowd, Rana moved on to talk about Prime Minister Modi, who is working “24 hours.”

Recently, Rana claimed that the BJP”s Hyderabad candidate, Madhavi Latha, will “definitely stop Hyderabad from turning into Pakistan.” She stated that every vote for AIMIM and Congress will go directly to Pakistan.
The 38-year-old actress-turned-politician, who often ends up in controversies, has been fielded from Maharashtra’s Amravati constituency by the BJP. Rana, a former Congress and NCP candidate, won the seat as an independent candidate. The Amravati Lok Sabha constituency went to the polls in phase two of the Lok Sabha elections held on April 26.
