Lok Sabha Election Results 2024: BJP Candidate Jagannath Sarkar Won Ranaghat With A Marginal Victory Of 1,86,899 Votes

BJP candidate Jagannath Sarkar has won the Lok Sabha Election 2024 from the Ranaghat Lok Sabha constituency with a total of 1,86,899 vote margin. Mukut Mani Adhikari of TMC secured the second position in the constituency.

In the 2024 election results declared today June 4, 2024, 29 TMC candidates took the lead whereas 12 candidates of BJP were successfully leading in their respective constituencies.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP candidate Jagannath Sarkar secured 52.78 percent of votes and won the Ranaghat constituency. The TMC candidate Rupali Biswas secured 37.05 percent votes followed by CPI (M) candidate Rama Biswas who got 6.59 percent votes.

In 2014, the TMC candidate Tapas Mandal won the Ranaghat constituency with 43.63% votes. The CPI (M) candidate Archana Biswas and BJP candidate Suprabhat Biswas secured second and third positions with 28.72 percent votes and 17.27 percent votes respectively.
