Influencer Aged 43 Dies After Penis Enlargement Surgery In Thailand
British-Nigerian influencer and businessman Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, 43, has died after a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand led to a fatal pulmonary embolism, according to reports.
Ubiribo was on a luxury holiday in Bangkok with his wife when he underwent a cosmetic procedure in March 2026.
According to an inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court, 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine were injected into his penis at a Thai clinic.
After the procedure, Ubiribo and his wife went for a massage. He reportedly complained of chest pain and fainted twice before being rushed to Sukhumvit Hospital.
Doctors diagnosed him with a pulmonary embolism, a potentially fatal condition in which a blood vessel in the lungs becomes blocked. Despite more than 100 minutes of CPR, Ubiribo died in the early hours of March 6.
A UK postmortem later found cellular material in his lungs matching the hyaluronic acid used in the procedure, linking the cosmetic treatment to his death.
Ubiribo, who had more than 100,000 Instagram followers, was known for his lavish lifestyle and luxury properties in Los Angeles and London. He was buried in London following an extravagant funeral attended by Nigerian music star Davido and other celebrities.
