Elon Musk gave shout out to Donald Trump in front of his fans and Tesla Inc. shareholders. Musk said the former US President call shim often and is a “huge fan” of the futuristic Cybertruck. While speaking during an annual meeting if automakers at Tesla’s Austin headquarters, Musk said Trump calls him “out of blue for n0 reason”.
Trump, the Republican presidential nominee has said he would dismantle President Joe Biden’s policies to boost electric vehicle sales. Trump has also said EVs won’t work and will hurt US auto workers.
But now, Trump and Musk have drawn closer. With Musk counseling Trump on cryptocurrency policy. During a rally in Arizona, Trump even said that he is a “big fan” of EVs and Musk.
The Tesla CEO said Trump is “very nice when he calls”. He said he told the former President that EVs are good for the future and that the US is the leader in battery-powered cars. He said a lot of Trump’s friends now own Tesla, and he is a huge fan of the Cybertruck, which could be counted as “contributing factors”.

During the lengthy question and answer session in the meeting, the X owner also fielded queries about his physical, mental, and emotional health. One man asked whether Musk, who he called an “absolute idol,” was doing everything to “take care of yourself, safety and health, for the future of the company”.

Donald Trump was recently convicted of felony in the New York jury found him guilty of falsifying documents to cover up a payment given to silence a porn star ahead of the 2016 election. The jury pronounced the former President guilty of all 34 felony counts he faced.

Earlier, the billionaire clarified the allegations that he is planning to help Trump in clearing his legal troubles. Musk said that he do not have any intentions to donate to Trump campaign or aid him in clearing his mounting legal bills.
