Meet Ranvir Sachdeva: 8-Year-Old Tech Prodigy Who Became Youngest Speaker At AI Summit
At just eight years old, Ranvir Sachdeva has achieved something many adults only dream of.
The young coder recently became the youngest speaker at the India AI Impact Summit 2026, held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
Surrounded by global tech CEOs, policymakers and industry leaders, Ranvir confidently took the stage and introduced himself as a technologist.
During his keynote session, Ranvir spoke about linking ancient Indian philosophies with modern Artificial Intelligence (AI).
He explained how India is building AI in its own unique way and shared his views on how other countries are developing AI technologies.

He also talked about an Indian AI model that was recently released and how he is using it to promote AI literacy and contribute to India’s growth.
Ranvir’s journey in technology began very early. He started coding at the age of three. By the time he was five, he had already impressed Apple CEO Tim Cook during the opening of an Apple Store in New Delhi in 2023.
He had stood in line with his parents and later got a one-on-one opportunity to showcase his coding skills.
At the India AI Impact Summit 2026, Ranvir also met Google CEO Sundar Pichai and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman.

Earlier, he had met Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff and International Telecommunication Union Secretary-General Doreen Bogdan-Martin at the AI for Good Global Summit in Geneva. In 2024, he also met United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres.

Ranvir has several achievements to his name. He won a gold medal as a “Super Presenter” in the 2022 Global Reading Challenge.
At the age of six, he became the world’s youngest TEDx speaker, where he spoke about technology and innovation. He has even created a prototype rocket ship for Mars exploration, earning recognition from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
