A report from Haaretz, an Israeli media house, says Israeli army is misleading its public on Telegram channels. The report claims that, Israeli army is posting graphic images of dead bodies that they alleged to be of Hamas members through their Telegram channel named “72 Virgins Uncensored”.

The channel was said to be created two days after the “unprecedented attack” of October 7th. The channel says it posts “exclusive content from Gaza Strip” and also encourages the 5,300 of its followers to share the pictures and videos that showed the destruction of the enclave.

On October 14th, the channel shared a video of an Israeli vehicle repeatedly running over a body and read, “exclusive video of a good night, don’t forget to share and repost”. The Israeli army denied the report, but an official, who demanded to preserve the anonymity said Haaretz that the occupation force is responsible for operating the Telegram channel.

Meanwhile, the occupation army accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about his reluctance to meet the Israeli air troops unit (unit 699) during the time scheduled to meet, which was today. Eran Etzion, the former National Security-Council Deputy Director said the reluctance of Netanyahu was due to the fear of criticism.

Taking to X (formerly twitter), he said, “Netanyahu is afraid to meet the brave fighters. He knows that what they have to tell him will not be pleasant to his ears”. He added that the air unit of the occupation force is emptied of its people as they suffered more “dead and wounded since 7/10 than in its entire history up to this damn day”.

He went on to say that the Israel deserve a better leadership and “the massive war is ending soon. Its final whistle will be the opening whistle of the election system, in which the Israelis will opt out Netanyahu”.
