US Considers Reducing Military Presence In Gulf After Heavy Costs From Iran War
Washington DC, United States: After heavy destruction of US military installations across West Asia, especially in the Gulf region, the United States is reportedly weighing reducing military presence in the region. After the conflict with Iran, the Islamic Republic destroyed several military facilities belonging to the US, costing nearly 38 billion dollars.
The US is likely to reduce its long-standing military and troop presence in the gulf soon, as per a report by the Washington Post, citing the Pentagon.
