On Tuesday, the government of Belize suspended all diplomatic ties with Israel citing “unceasing indiscriminate bombing in Gaza” as the Israeli occupation continue the tyrant attack on the people of Palestine. This comes after a major shift in the support for Palestinians in the world. Several countries around the world has severed or are preparing to severe diplomatic ties with Israel.

In a statement, the country said, “the government of Belize has repeatedly condemned the action of the IDF in Gaza. We have appealed to Israel to implement an immediate ceasefire and to allow unimpeded access to humanitarian supplies into Gaza. Despite our requests, Israel has not stopped its violations of international humanitarian law nor allowed relief workers to alleviate the suffering of millions of Gazans”. The statement also read that, “Belize renews its call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, unimpeded access to humanitarian supplies into Gaza and the release of all hostages”.

The country has also suspended their own diplomatic activities in Israel. Apart from Belize, Columbia, Chile and Bolivia also severed diplomatic ties with Israel or called off their ambassadors to Israel. Several Arab countries also called off their ambassadors and severed ties with occupied country of Israel.

The situation in Gaza has turned out to be the extreme version f everything negative. The occupation force has decided to block the largest hospital in Gaza, Al-Shifa hospital and report suggest that the Israeli force has started to enter into the premise of the hospital.

The raid came soon after White House Spokesperson John Kirby’s claim that Washington has ‘information’ that Hamas is using Gaza hospital without providing any proper evidence. The Palestinian group rejected the US claim and accused US for showing green light to Israel’s occupation to commit further brutal massacres targeting hospitals in Gaza.
