Mark Zuckerberg has learned the skill of sword making. Taking to social media, Zuckerberg shared images of him constructing katana, a traditional Japanese sword. He made the sword with the help of Japanese sword master. In a series of pictures shared, the Meta owner documented the journey of crafting the weapon. A video of him hammering the molten metal with the help of the Japanese master was also shared by Zuckerberg.
In another video, he was seen using the brand-new sword, showing its sharpness. Katan is the traditional Japanese sword, which is known for its power and sharpness. It is a single-edged blade with long grip. Katana was used for protection and as a reflection of status by Samurai.
Zuckerberg captioned his post as, “really special afternoon learning about making katanas with akihira.kokaji – thank you for sharing your craft with us”.

Zuckerberg is said to be on a mini-Asia trip before setting off to India to attend Ambani wedding. After his visit to Japan, the 39-year-old Meta owner will fly to South Korea, where he will meet the President, Yoon Suk Yeol. He will also meet tech biggies like Samsung and LG, as reported by South Korean media.
It is said that he will meet CEO of LG Electronics to discuss the developments of a mixed-reality headset to compete the Apple’s Vision Pro, said the Korea Economic Daily.
Zuckerberg is expected to attend the pre-wedding bash of Reliance chairman, Mukesh Ambani’s son. Meta, Google, and several other giants have invested billions in Jio, the digital platform of Reliance. Anant Ambani’s wedding will also host many other celebrities from Bollywood, cricket and politicians.
