US Billionaire John Pagano, CEO of Red Sea Global, Embraces Islam?: Here's The Truth
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: US billionaire John Pagano, CEO of Red Sea Global, a major Saudi tourism development company, has reportedly embraced Islam. The video of the American business executive allegedly accepting Islam during the first day of Ramadan, 1447 Hijri (February 2026), is doing rounds on social media.
Pagano shared footage from his historic visit to Masjid al-Haram, the Grand Mosque in Makkah on the first night of Ramzan, dressed in traditional Saudi attire and joining worshipers in prayer.
In a social media post, the US billionaire, while sharing the video, wrote, “Warmest wishes to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRH the Crown Prince & the people of Saudi Arabia on the Holy Month of Ramadan. May it be filled with Allah’s blessings and mercy.
Pagano had received Saudi citizenship in October 2025 alongside Uber co-founder Travis Kalanick. In the widely circulated video, he extended Ramadan Mubarak wishes to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the people of Saudi Arabia, praying for blessings and prosperity. He also shared moments of breaking his first fast at the mosque, drawing warm reactions online.
