2025 BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine Launched At Rs 62.60 Lakh With 'Long Wheelbase’
For 2025, the BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine was redesigned and introduced in India, where it started at Rs 62.60 lakh (ex-showroom, India). In addition to several other noteworthy improvements, the extended 3 Series now goes by the new name “Long Wheelbase” (LWB) rather than the previous model’s “Gran Limousine.”
Since it’s a model year update, the new 3 Series LWB doesn’t get many aesthetic changes. The headlights’ LED signatures appear to have been somewhat altered, but the identifiable BMW kidney grille and bumper design remain the same as in the previous model. According to its dimensions, the 2025 3 Series Gran Limousine still has the most roomy second row seats in its class, measuring 4,819mm in length and 2,961mm in wheelbase.

Additionally, a gloss black rear diffuser and aluminum-satinated external accents are added to the redesigned 3 Series Gran Limousine. The 2025 3 Series LWB will come in four metallic colour options: Mineral White, Skyscraper Grey, M Carbon Black, and Arctic Race Blue. The departing model’s Portimao Blue metallic paint will no longer be available.
BMW claims that the new 3 Series LWB’s cabin has a better overall fit and finish, with the inside trim strips now sporting an aluminum rhombicle anthracite finish. The air conditioning vents have been redesigned, the steering wheel has been flattened, and an illuminated contour strip behind the front seats has been added to the ambient lighting area.

Other features that are still present in the 2025 3 Series LWB include the 12.3-inch all-digital instrument cluster, the 14.9-inch BMW Curved Display infotainment system, the panoramic sunroof, the electrically adjustable seats with thigh support that can be extended, the tri-zone automatic climate control with active carbon filters, and six dimmable ambient lighting options.
BMW’s Driving Assistant ADAS technology, which includes collision alerts, lane change warning, and blind spot identification, is part of the 2025 3 Series LWB’s safety package. Additionally available are an electronic parking brake with auto hold, dynamic stability control, cornering brake control, and six airbags.
For the time being, BMW is only selling the new 3 Series Gran Limousine in the 330Li M Sport gasoline specification; the diesel versions will be available later. Similar to its predecessor, the 2025 3 Series Gran Limousine 330Li M Sport is propelled by a 2.0-liter twin-turbo gasoline engine that generates 258 horsepower and 400 Nm. With the help of an 8-speed automatic gearbox that directs power to the back wheels, the stretched sedan can reach 100 kilometres per hour in 6.2 seconds.
The new 3 Series LWB costs Rs 62.60 lakh (ex-showroom, India), which is Rs 2 lakh more than the previous model. It will still be produced locally at BMW’s Chennai facility and competes with the Audi A4 and Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
