JSW MG Launches E20-Ready Hector At Rs 13.99 Lakh, With Benefits Of Up To ₹4 lakh
The ex-showroom price of the E20-compliant MG Hector was set at Rs 13.99 lakh by JSW MG Motor India. JSW MG has started producing E20 Hector since March 31, 2025, in accordance with the Government of India’s regulations requiring E20 compliance in gasoline-powered cars built after April 1, 2025.

Under their Midnight Carnival, JSW MG is providing exclusive Hector perks up to Rs 4 lakh. In addition to the regular 3-year guarantee and two additional years of roadside assistance, it is also providing value-for-money ownership packages including a two-year or one-lakh-kilometer extended warranty, which adds up to five years of trouble-free ownership. There are two engine options for the Hector: a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine and a 2-litre diesel engine. 141 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque are produced by the gasoline engine. It has two gearbox choices: a CVT automatic and a 6-speed manual. However, the 2-liter diesel engine, which comes from Stellantis, only comes with a 6-speed manual gearbox and produces 168 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque.
A panoramic sunroof, a 14-inch portrait infotainment system, more than 70 connected car capabilities, and Level 2 ADAS are just a few of the segment-first features that the Hector SUV has had since its 2019 launch in India. It is also the first Internet SUV in India.
