Bollywood Celebrities Who Never Turned Up For The Lok Sabha Election 2024

As the country is going through a crucial phase of electing the representatives of the people, several Bollywood stars came forward on May 20 to cast their votes in the Lok Shaba election 2024. But some important personalities failed to cast their votes.

On Monday, several Bollywood stars cast their votes including the soon-to-be parents Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan and his family, Aamir Khan and his family, the Bachchans, Ayushmann Khurrana, among others. 

However, the presence of some Bollywood personalities was missing in the polling booths. Here is the list of Bollywood celebrities who didn”t cast their votes in the Lok Shaba elections.

Katrina Kaif, is currently in London, in the phase of getting ready to welcome her first baby to the world. Since Katrina is British, she cannot vote.

Accompanying Kaif, her husband and actor Vicky Kaushal who is also in London. He was spotted roaming the streets of the city along with his wife on the day of the Lok Shaba elections, thus he failed to cast his vote.

The iconic vote pose of the Bachchan family seemed missing this year, as Abhishek Bachchan failed to cast his vote this year. Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya Bachchan had cast their votes together. But, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who recently returned from Cannes 2024, had cast her vote alone.

Ranbir Kapoor had cast his vote in Mumbai, but his wife Alia Bhat had not accompanied him to the polling booth. Because she cannot cast her vote in India as she is a British citizen.

Anushka Sharma had not cast her vote, Since the IPL match of her husband Virat Kohli in Banglore, she has been away from the media, as the couple had announced their son’s name Aakay.

But a lot of celebrities had cast their votes and posted the pictures on the fulfillment of the citizen duty. Celebrities like Ayushmann Khurrana, Emraan Hashmi, and Shilpa Shetty have also posted videos on their social media accounts urging the people to cast their votes as well.
