Diwali: Ajay Devgn's Singham Again To Clash With Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

As the audience looks forward to the next box office hunt aka the mega Diwali releases, two big Hindi films have declared their clash at the box office this festive season. Guess who? Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again and Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Reports have made rounds over the uncertainty of these films’ release dates, but now both the makers have set their eyes on Diwali.

Earlier, reports claimed that Ajay Devgn and director Rohit Shetty were in discussions regarding changing the release date as horror comedies have been the preference of the audience for quite some time (looking at you, Stree 2). Kartik Aaryan, along with BB3 producer Bhushan Kumar, were in talks with Shetty and the team to change the date so it does not impact both films.

But, turns out, Singham Again has shown confidence in their production and now there is no looking back. Reports also claim that the makers are not in the mood to change the release date and Singham Again is all set to roar in theaters this Diwali. The makers of Devgn’s cop story will be releasing their trailer in the first week of October

Singham Again is the third film in the trilogy of the superhit Singham released in 2011, starring Kajal Aggarwal and Prakash Raj in lead roles. The next film in the line was Singham Returns, released in 2014, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Amole Gupte, Anupam Kher, and Dayanand Shetty, among others. Both the projects were box office hits.

The third film, Singham Again, boasts of an impressive ensemble cast with big names from the industry. Apart from Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff are set to collaborate together.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has nothing less to offer. Apart from Kartik Aaryan, the film also stars Triptii Dimri. Madhuri Dixit will also make an appearance in a role that’s being kept a surprise. Both Madhuri and Vidya Balan are also expected to have a dance-off in the third installment. Vidya will reprise her iconic role of Manjulika from the first part, a blockbuster directed by Priyadarshan that was released in 2007.
