The makers of Ram Pothineni and Sanjay Dutt‘s upcoming sci-fiction Double iSmart have dropped the trailer today, August 5. The high-octane trailer was packed with action sequences, mass dialogues, and much more.
Packed with mass dialogues and action sequences the trailer features the duo of Sanjay Dutt and Ram Poitheni as the rivals on the mission of immortality. The trailer was launched on August 4 in Hyderabad. The film is gearing up for a grand release in theaters on August 15. Sharing the trailer on X, Sanjay Dutt wrote “Feel & Scream with the Infectious Double iSmart Energy in Theaters from AUGUST 15th”

The film will be released in languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and Kannada. The film Double iSmart is a sequel to the 2019 superhit film iSmart Shankar, Directed by Puri Jagannadh. The second part of the franchise features Sanjay Dutt as the Big Bull who wants to attain immortality by performing a new experiment, which is brain transplantation.

The prequel had immense success at the box office despite receiving mixed reviews for its portrayal of the titular character and controversial scenes. The film has garnered 85 crores at the box office.
Produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur, the film has music composed by Mani Sharma. The film will clash in theatres with Ravi Teja’s Mr. Bachchan. Apart from Ram Pothineni, Sanjay Dutt, and Kavya Thapar, the film also features Sayaji Shinde, Bani J, Getup Srinu, Ali, Makarand Deshpande, Jhanse, and several others.
