The plot of Kill revolves around an Indian Army commando who must rescue his love from a forced engagement while dealing with knife-wielding thieves on a New Delhi-bound train. This action thriller marks the second collaboration between Dharma Productions and Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment, following their successful partnership on the 2013 feature film The Lunchbox.

The film features Lakshya, making his acting debut, Raghav Juyal, Tanya Maniktala, Ashish Vidyarthi among others.  The promotional tagline of Kill is that it is the most violent film to come out of India. The film was premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 7, 2023, where it was first runner-up for the People’s Choice Award: Midnight Madness.

Dharma Productions is renowned for its global presence and Johar’s pioneering work in the film industry for over 25 years. To be noted, it is the award-winning Indian production house behind India’s first Oscar winner for its 2022 The Elephant Whisperers.
