'Madharasi' Title Teaser Out: SK x ARM Teams Up For A High-Octane Action Entertainer (Image-X/ARMurugadoss)
Actor Sivakarthikeyan turns 40 today. Along with the actor, this day would be a big day for his fans and the Tamil film industry. Followed by the success of Amaran, Sivakarthikeyan has exciting projects with renowned filmmakers of the industry lined up. The anticipated title and the first glimpse of his next project, previously titled SK x ARM with ace director AR Murugadoss, was unveiled today.
On the occasion of the actor’s birthday, the title of his next film with Murugadoss was revealed to be Madharasi. Announcing the new project, the director wrote, “Happy Birthday, dearest @Siva_Kartikeyan. The ground is set for the MASSIVE ACTION. Let the HAVOC begin #SKxARM is #Madharasi.”

Madharasi is the first collaboration between AR Murugadoss and Sivakarthikeyan. The action entertainer also features an ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, Vidyut Jammwal, Biju Menon and others. Reportedly, Jammwal will be seen playing the main antagonist, with Kannada actress Rukmini Vasanth playing the female lead, marking her debut in Tamil cinema. Anirudh is composing music for the film.
The film is set to be released in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu.

Sivakarthikeyan is also gearing up with his periodic film, Parasakthi, with director Sudha Kongara. Extending her wishes to the actor, the Irudhi Suttru director dropped a BTS clip from the making of the film. The clip features the actor’s dedication and the team’s efforts behind creating the film.
