The trend of look-alike contests has been taking the internet by storm recently, followed by Timothée Chalamet’s vibrant contest; now the Jungkook version of the one is creating waves on the internet.
On Sunday, November 24, Chicago was filled with BTS Jungkook enthusiasts, who turned up for registration in droves. The event held at Ping Tom Memorial Park in Chicago, Illinois, handed out a $20 cash prize and a bottle of Soju to the winner.
As the contest witnessed a number of lookalikes, the internet was surged with videos and photos of enthusiasts. The captures of the creative impersonations of the BTS star have been circulated on social media, adding an impressive layer to the contest.

The contest was finally nominated with three finalists, who dressed in variations of black outfits, just like the other impersonators. Ultimately, Andrew Alexander, a widely renowned YouTube sensation, was crowned the winner. So, if you are wondering who Andrew Alexander is, he is a third-year university student and a YouTube content creator living in California. Even if the name doesn’t ring a bell, some BTS fans will remember the content creator from a years-old YouTube video, in which his sister “turned” him into the beloved K-pop group’s maknae. And after four years of the creative transformation, Alexander has now won the Jungkook look-alike concert.
