“My Not So Little Animal”: Alia Bhatt After Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’ Hit Theatres

A day after Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal hit the theatre screens and impressed his fans with awestruck performance, wife and Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram and praised Ranbir for his dedication and craft which he put for the film. Animal, a Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial, was released on December 1, Friday, in five languages including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Alia applauded Ranbir for his patience, silence and love he gave for the cinema. “For all that you are on and off camera. For the patience, silence and love you give your craft… & for the person you are to your family”, she wrote taking two different pictures of Ranbir to Instagram. In the first image Ranbir was seen on stage for some event, weaving hands at his fans. The second picture is an entirely different one, in which the actor spent quality time with daughter Raha at their home, away from his daily busy life.

“For taking such huge strides as an artist… & for literally making our daughter take her first steps today… For completely blowing us away your performance… & for making it all of the above look so easy”, said Alia. “Congratulations my not so little animal”, she added.
