Pushpa 2 -The Rule Gets A New Premiere Date And A Poster Featuring Allu Arjun (image-X/MythriOfficial)
On the list of rescheduled movies, the action flick and sequel Pushpa 2: The Rule has joined with a new premiere date, as the makers found issues to stick with the previous deadline. Amid speculations, the official announcement has confirmed its release on big screens this December.
Earlier, the sequel was scheduled to be released on August 15. But then, the makers of the movie dropped a major announcement on its new release date with an elaboration note explaining the delay in the release. As per the update, the release date was changed due to issues related to remaining shoot and the subsequent post-production work.

The announcement was made with a poster featuring the ‘Stylish Star’ Allu Arjun in a rugged avatar with a sword resting on his shoulder. On X (formerly known as Twitter), the makers have shared their vision to deliver the movie at its best form, and wrote, “We intend to give you the best. The wait increases for a memorable experience on the big screens. Pushpa 2 The Rule grand release worldwide on 6th DECEMBER.”

Mythri Movie Makers, the production house of the film, released a statement briefing their decision on the reschedule. The post read, “We have been tirelessly working to complete the movie and release it on time. However, due to the remaining shoot and subsequent post-production work, we will not be releasing the film on August 15th, 2024. This decision is made in the best interest of the film, the audience, and all stakeholders. Our goal is to provide a memorable experience on the big screen without compromising quality. The overwhelming response to our teaser and songs across all languages has been heartening, and we promise to deliver a film that you will truly love. Pushpa 2: The Rule will now be released worldwide on December 6th, 2024.”
