The superhero creation of the Roshans,’ the Krrish franchise, has an update. After a decade, the much awaited Krrish 4 is expected to see daylight soon. Yes, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan finally spilled the beans about the movie’s production and shared the reason for the Hrithik Roshan starrer’s decade-long delay.

The announcement of Hrithik’s Krrish 4 has created a huge buzz among the fans. The film, which is expected to go on the floor in 2025, finally gets an update from its director, Rakesh Roshan.

The filmmaker, in his recent interview, revealed that Krrish 4 will happen soon. Speaking to Movie Talkies, he also assured that this upcoming film will bring his son Hrithik back in his black trench coat as the superhero. So, let’s get ready to witness the superhero’s comeback to the screens.

Meanwhile, the director also revealed that since the film demands a large scale and a significant budget, the film was delayed. He also said that if the makers try to cut costs, the storyline will suffer. The director shared that he didn’t want to compromise on the scale of the movie; he wanted to get the budget right before he proceeded with shooting.

Rakesh Roshan addressed the rumours over the film’s plot and clarified, “No, no, I am not going to reveal anything, but our script is ready. I have the idea and am happy about it. Don’t believe any rumours. I’ll start once we are ready.”

Rakesh Roshan also hinted at the Vikram Vedha actor’s possible shift to the directing front. He said that the Hrithik has been with him on set even before his debut. When Rakesh considered bringing him into the industry, he made Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. Hinting at the possibilities, the Krrish director added, “He might launch a career as a director; who knows?”
