The sexual assault allegations against music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs rose with 120 new sex abuse lawsuits, including 25 minors with the inclusion of a 9 year old. Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee will be representing the accusers.

Describing the case, the attorney said that the victims include 60 males and 60 females and in that 25 were minors at the time of the alleged misconduct.

The youngest victim is a 9 year old, who was allegedly abused by the rapper, when he was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records with the promise to both him and his parents of getting a record deal.

The case also includes an allegation from a 15 year old who was flown to New York City to attend a party with a false promise of “I will make you a star.” Based on the allegation, she was drugged and then taken to a private room, allegedly in the presence of Diddy, and was raped. The allegations cover a period from 1991 to this year.

The attorney added that more than 3,280 individuals contacted his firm and alleged they were victimized by the rapper and his firm decided to represent 120 individuals. Some of his clients have also spoken with the FBI.

Following the announcement of the accusations in Texas, an attorney for Diddy, Erica Wolff, said the performer “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”

She also added, “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Diddy, 54, has been locked up at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since pleading not guilty on September 17 to federal racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. His attorney said he is innocent and will fight to clear his name.
