Malayalam’s most celebrated contemporary filmmakers Jeethu Joseph and Basil Joseph’s reunion titled Nunakuzhi has finally hit the theaters today.

Helmed by Jeethu Joseph, and starring Basil Joseph in the lead, the film was expected to be an out-and-out entertainer. The early reviews of the film are out now.

The reviews are pouring in on social media. Netizens hailed the release of both the Malayalam movies – Nunakuzhi and Vazhya, stating it to be a comeback moment for Mollywood after a short break.

Ever since Basil entered the film world, he has been building a cinematic world of his own. And this was visible in this movie as well. The audience applauded his superb performance in the film.

An X handle shared its review on X calling it another box office hit. At the same time, another movie enthusiast called it a complete comedy entertainer with a decent first half and a good second half. The user also hailed Baiju Santhosh’s acting performance.

The film ‘Nunakuzhi’ is penned by KR Krishna Kumar. The film is produced by Vikram Mehra and Siddharth Anand Kumar while it is co-produced by Sahil S Sharma.

The cinematography department was handled by Satheesh Kurup while the film was edited by VS Vinayak. The music is composed by Vishnu Shyam.
