Actor STR, has been showering updates about his upcoming films with ace directors like Mani Ratnam, Ramkumar and Ashwath. The Thug Life star is simultaneously working on his next project, STR 49, with director Ramkumar Balakrishnan. Amidst great anticipation, Simbu has dropped an interesting update about the upcoming Ramkumar Balakrishnan film.
There is always a separate fanbase for the music albums of STR. The actor-playback singer never forgets to treat his fans with vibrant songs. Recently, the VTV star promised to offer a melodious music treat to his fans with the young music composer Sai Abhyankkar.

Recently, the actor-music composer duo, STR and Sai, spilt some beans about the film’s album. While sharing an update, the actor revealed that Sai has composed three songs so far and has been working on the others.
Moreover, the actor also revealed that he will be singing a love song together with Sai. He assured that the music scores of STR 49 will amaze the audience.
Music composer Sai also expressed his excitement about working with the Thug Life actor. Sai, who is widely impressed by STR’s films like VTV (Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa) and VTK (Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu), aspires to create a music album like STR’s Thotti Jaya. The Katchi Sera composer also promised that he has curated a mass album for the actor’s upcoming film.

Directed by the Parking fame filmmaker, STR 49 will be produced by Don Pictures. The film, which reportedly revolves around college life and politics, will feature STR as an engineering student.
Apart from STR, the film also features Dragon fame actress Kayadu Lohar as the lead. It also reunites actor-comedian Santhanam with STR after decades. The duo is known for their humor, especially around the portrayal of friendship in films including Manmadhan, Vallavan, and Vaalu, among others.
